Heather Mallard - Owner

Heather grew up in the lumber business, learning from both her father and her grandfather.

Bill Morano - Store Manager

Bill’s relationship with our store spans over 30 years.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position, including a stint in the construction and renovation business.

Marcel Lamoureux - Sales Representative, TJ Expert

Marcel has 45 years of retail experience, including 8 years when he owned and operated a hardware store.  He has been with us for 7 years.  He does all our TJI layouts, and shares the quoting duties with the rest of the store staff.

Cecil Hope - Sales Representative

Cecil has been in the retail hardware and lumber business for most of his career, including experience with Beaver Lumber,   Homecare, Canadian Tire, and Home Hardware.

Jill Doyle - Sales Representative

Jill has been with us for close to one year.  She brings five years of customer service experience to help all of our customers

Jim Rankin - Yard Manager

A former professional lacrosse player, Jim has been working here for six years.  He supervises the activities in the yard, including receiving and deliveries.

Andy Beard - Driver

Joel is a delivery driver who has been with us for 3 years.  He is a quiet but efficient driver.

Richard joined us in the summer of 2007.  He brings many years of driving experience to our delivery fleet.

Andy is our most experienced driver.  He does all our boom truck deliveries.  He has been with us for over 10 years.

Lorraine Leroux - Sales Representative

Lorraine offers 25 years of retail experience in home esthetics.  A hands on renovator who can assists you in making the right product choices.

Brenda Bolyea - Accounting

Brenda looks after our Accounts Payable, and reorders our in-store merchandise.  She brings years of experience to the position.
